Welcome to Sligo Aikido Club - a martial arts club, aikikai style, affiliated with Aikido Organisation of Ireland. Trainings for both adults and kids are available. The first few weeks in Aikido, just like in any new activity, are always the hardest, as you adjust to a new environment, new friends, strange customs and behaviors. To try and help, we put together a downloadable introductory booklet for you to find useful information about the Art of Aikido, our organisation, the Instructors and the Clubs.

The reason - kids class are back on!Tuesday 6-7 Girls class, Tuesday 7-8:30 Adults, Sunday 6-7 Boys Class Sunday 7-8:30 Adults Hope all my young students had a great summer break, and I'll see you soon on the mat. Kids newcomers always welcome! This year starting age for newcomers is 8 and over. |
